What inspired the name “Filonina”?
The name is a blend of my Mum & Nonna's names.
What makes Filonina different to other brands on the market?
Filonina isn’t just about beautiful things — it’s about the feeling behind them. Every piece is inspired by family, tradition, and the art of Italian living — where the table is always full, laughter is loud, and love is found in the little details.
Our collection is carefully curated in limited runs, designed to feel timeless, thoughtful, and personal. We aim to create an unforgettable customer experience for all of our customers that visit us.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2-5 business days with Standard Post & 1-3 business days with Express Post. We also have a Click & Collect option for locals in Melbourne.
If I place my order on the weekend, when will it be shipped?
We will aim to ship this the following business day for you!
Can I track my order once it’s been sent?
Of course - as soon as we ship your order, you will automatically receive tracking details sent to you via email so you can track this all the way up until delivery.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
We will do our best to accommodate, however, in certain instances, depending on order processing time, this may not be feasible.
My parcel arrived & its not quite right— what should I do?
Please reach out to our team via email or social media & we will sort this out for you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within Australia.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, we do. If you are located within Metro Melbourne, please reach out to us to arrange.
PAYMENTS & RETURNS
What is your return and exchange policy?
We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition (unused & in its original packaging) & proof of purchase is provided.
Do you offer store credits or gift cards?
Yes, we sure do! Gift Cards in Australia are valid for 3 years and will be sent to you electronically via email.
