- Delays may occur due to manufacturing or supply issues
- If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with options
If an item becomes unavailable, you will be offered a full refund.
7. SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide using the shipping methods displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays.
Once an order has been shipped, Filonina is not responsible for:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by postal carriers or external factors
- Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Not fit for purpose
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Gift recipient preference
- Minor variations in colour or pattern
