We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
As a small-capsule brand, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition — unused, & and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is returned within 14 days from the date you received it.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major problem.
To report a faulty or damaged item, please email us at infofilonina@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your email & promptly and respond within 2 business days.
Returns Process
1. Contact us at infofilonina@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit, exchange, or refund (if applicable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Sale & Promotional Items
Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
