All Filonina orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia — straight from our family table to yours.

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes! We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post to represent us, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 AUD
Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15 AUD

All orders over $199 will not incur a shipping fee. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once dispatched, please allow:

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on location)
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas only)

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way — because we know how exciting it is waiting for a little Filonina magic to arrive. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any delayed parcels whilst with Australia Post. This is out of our control once the parcel leaves our hands. 

Do you offer international shipping?

We’re working on it! For now, Filonina ships within Australia only!

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers across Australia.
